Introduction

LJ High Temperature Adhesives are confected for bonding fiber products and for gluing veneering modules tofurnace walls. They can also be used as masonry materials for furnace bodies. Model LJ-01 and Model LJ-02 aretwo types of liquid inorganic adhesives, the former being acid and the latter alkaline. When the objects to bebonded are heavyweight materials, LJ-9901 is preferable; if the objects are lightweight, LJ-01 is more suitable. Touse these two adhesives properly, we should first add bone materials (refractory mud) into them, mix them evenlyuntil they are well-blended and paste -looking. Model LJ-03 and Model LJ-04, acid and alkaline respectively, aretwo types of high temperature mud adhesives, ready to be used when mixed evenly. LJ Consolidating Agent is a compound coating material to reinforce the surface strength of fibers by enhancing their heat resisting capacityand anti-washing-out capacity. After applied to the surface of the fiber and sintered at high temperature, it canform a coating which may withstand the gas flow velocity of 80-90m/s.
