Application

The board has great anti-mechanical-destruction capacity, and can be applied as materialswhich requiretenacity, self supporting ability, and thermal insulation ability. More specifically, it can be used as:thermalinsulation lining and back lining in pusher kilns, ladle furnaces,bell-cover kilns, tunnel kilns, oller kilns, andaluminium melting kins,and thermal treatment furnaces;High-temperature fire damper board and thermal insulationfor kiln cars;Thermal insulation for various high-temperature industrial kins and furnaces.

Introduction

LJ Fiber Board is made of shattered cotton compressed together using inorganic adhesives by the wet vacuumsuction filter process.With such advantages as low density and high intensity, the product has a wide range ofapplications, like as the hot surface of furnace lining to withstand the direct impact of flames and high-temperaturegas glows.
